To save all the pics, just look for the arrow above the first row of pictures - click that and follow the instructions and it will save them all to your computer or phone.
To save a picture individually in a high res file, open the picture, look for the 3 little squares on the bottom, click on that and select original - then you can right click on the photo to save it to your computer.
