To save a picture in a high res file,, you can just right click and save - or, just click on the pic you want and click on the down arrow at the bottom.
If you want a more web friendly size, open the picture, look for the 3 little squares on the bottom, click on that and select what size you want - then you can right click on the photo to save it to your computer. But do not just do a screen shot or it will be blurry.
