To save a picture to use on social media, open pic and just right click to save. - that will save a web size copy, NOT a copy to print.
If you just do screen shots, they tend to be blurry.
To save one in a higher resolution, open it, look for the 3 squares on the bottom, select original, THEN right click to save.
