Above the first row of pictures, all the way to the right - is a "download all" button - that will save them all to your computer if you want. :)
To save a picture in a high res file, open the picture, look for the 3 little squares on the bottom, click on that and select original - then you can right click on the photo to save it to your computer.
If you do not need a high res copy, just right click and save to your computer (phone, etc.)
But don't just do a screen shot or it will be blurry. Especially if you are going to use for a cover photo or profile picture – do NOT take a screen shot! Definitely download a copy of the picture instead! (the control freak in me that hates seeing the blurry screen shots begs you!
