Above the first row of pictures, all the way to the right, you'll see an upside down arrow - click that and it will save all of the high resolution pictures to your computer)
To save just one picture in a high res file, open the picture and there should be a down arrow to save or right click.
But don't just do a screen shot or it will be blurry. Especially if you are going to use for a cover photo or profile picture – do NOT take a screen shot! Definitely download a copy of the picture instead! (screen shots are blurry)
